Hello there, I have a graph with a lot of different columns data inside. I want to make a drop down to select which data I want the graph to display.
I cannot change the data to my knowlage. I have seen others turn it from columns to rows, but then it would not work with my horizontal selector. If there is a way I can create a "duplicate" of the data, meaning I have two different tables with the same data that refernce each other, then maybe that would work. This data gets another line added to it everyday through our machines, so it is sadly not static. Any help on this would be great.
Here is the graph, on the right you can see all the categories selected:
Here is the data inside my PowerBi excel file:
Hi @Anonymous
If possible, pls share dummy data in Excel, or power bi or just a table here to replicate the matter.
Hi,
I did something similar with making selectable columns in a matrix, I did this by creating a duplicate of the table in power query to create a list of fields that you want selectable.
