Something went wrong: An Error occurred while rendering the report

I have a PBIX file that I'm sending to multiple users to use on PowerBI Desktop.

Some of the users get the "An Error occurred while rendering the report" error when they open the file.

For some of the users the error dissapeared when they updated to the March 2020 version.

There were however a couple of users who already had March 2020 version, but still got the error.

Some of the users with March 2020 library didnt get the error at all.

Is there a fix for this?

Thanks,

What version of desktop are you on? You could check the Issues forum here:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

But something tells me you might not have a Pro account...
