Hello,
I have a below Line and clustered column chart. Pumpage is showed as column and High Temperature and Rain is showed as lines in Line and clustered column chart. I can see Pumpage(column values) as decimal values but line values(High temperature and Rain) is not showing decimal values.
If I go to format->datalabels-> on->Value decimal places ->2 then I am able to see the decimal values in lines (High temperature and Rain).
I do not want format-> data labels ->on. Is there a way to see the label decimal values in lines (High temperature and Rain) on hover by making format->datalabels->off. Please let me know.
Thank you!

Yes, turn data labels off. Then, click on the column or measure for temp and rain in the Fields area, just highlight it, don't check it. Click on either Column Tools or Measure Tools in the ribbon. Adjust the number of decimal places from Auto to 2. It is in the Formatting area.
