Some addresses are not displayed on the ESRI ArcGis maps

I would like to display locations of machines via Power BI Map (Esri ArcGIS).
In the underlying dataset there is a column with address which is structured as follows: street + house number, postal code + city, country

Now, however, some addresses are not displayed on the map, even if I explicitly set a filter on this address.
No point is displayed on the map. I have already checked the address and also typed it into Bing Maps. Here the address is displayed without any problems.

What is the reason for this? Any ideas?

Would it be a solution to convert the address to coordinates (latitude and longitude)? If so, is there a tool for this?

Thanks!

Hi @MrBIn ,

Did you drag the underlying data values to the Tooltips pane? You may try apply a report page tooltip instead.

Could you please provide some screenshots to help use clarify your scenario? Or share me with your pbix file after removing sensitive data.
