Solution for missing data

My client unfortunately does not have great data quality and it reluctant to fix it, so I'm trying to put together a solution.  I recognize that no solution here is as good as solving the core problem, but you know how it goes some times.  

The target table has:

Employee ID; Job Requisition

* The Employee ID is populated, but the Job Requisitino is missing.  All of the other rows in the table are populated correctly except for these two rows where I will have to do periodic audits to catch these

I researched in the system what those values should be for those two employees and I need a way of updating the Job Requisition every time I receive an update value.   Could be Power Query or Power BI.

Desired output would be:

Employee ID; Job Requisition

12345; R123 Staff RN

Any suggestions?

As long as you have logic to figure out the missing values, PQ can help you. Post some dummy data that represent your actual data if you need any help doing it.
