Star schema based on real example

Hi All,

I try to improve myself in building star schema model, so I come to you to ask for a help.

I have following slice of the database, which comes from the sql view. 

What would be best approach to divide it into dimension and fact tables.

I have following:

• Fact [Resul1], [Result2] columns
• dimID [ID], [General]
• dimDivision [Division]
• dimPI [PI], [Type]

But based on above example should I add [Index] column to each of dim table and somehow replace values of these columns in fact table to have only IDs instead of Values? or just add relationships between dim & fact?

I know that I can achive results I would like to have without building star schema, but I think that is good example to practice.
