I was excited to see that you added the ability to create a Smart Narrative on a visual by adding the icon to the Visual Header, but where is it?
I'm using the most recent version of Power BI (February 2023) and watched the You-tube video about enabling it ((74) Smart Narrative Visual Summary Icon | sbPowerDev - YouTube). Here's what the video shows should be available as of February 2023:
But in my version, I'm still only seeing this:
I don't see any expanded Header Icon features like "Colors" and "Icons". I checked my Global and Current File Option settings thinking it had to be turned on, but I don't see anywhere that allows me to do this.
Am I missing something?

I figured it out. Under Options > Report Settings > Visual Options, choose "Use the modern visual header with updated styling options" (Yuck! I hate the modern visual header!). Doing this:
