Slim Data Bar KPI tooltips

The Slim Data Bar KPI visual does not allow you to set your own tooltip fields, and doesn't have the usual Options to use a Tooltip bookmark instead.

Can anyone recommend a Data Bar KPI that DOES have tooltips available?

I've tried Bullet Chart, but I dont like the way the bar looks.
