Slicing and Summing Measure Group State by Category

I have this imple PBIX.

Customers deals can swing into Validation state of "Compliant", "Non Compliant"  or "No Change".

The Ask is to create a Card for Total number of Deals in each of these 3 Sates.

The State table I have created may not be used if you find a better way around.

You may be overcomplicating things a little.  See attached for a slightly simpler version - there are still lots of things you can cut out.

Note that your sample data doesn't seem to cover the "Became compliant"  scenario, in fact I couldn't find any column that would indicate so.
