Slicer visual - is it possible not to show the selected value

I am using the Slicer visual, with Dropdown selection. Is it possible to hide the slicer value selected - Week (Period) + Sunday, June 12,2002 (Date)   as highlighted in the image below?

I think it is not possible but you can show multiple selections instead selected value by enabling select all option in slicer settings. But that will show blank in other visuals if none have been selected in the slicer.
