Slicer settings between using month/day starting with fiscal month instead of January

I have a month/day between slicer that shows 101 - 1231, how do I change this to 801 - 731?

Hi @Fuji2025 ,

Thanks for reaching out.

I understand that you expect creating a month&day slicer for filtering.

However, what you created is not a correct slicer for filtering the months and days.

You month&day field contains numbers and the between type slicer defaults to a filtering of numbers from smallest to largest.

The desktop will not recognize the month and day they represent, they will only think they are numbers.
So, you can't do that in a between type slicer.

Hi @Fuji2025

What are those numbers? They can't be the nth day of a year because they're more than 365/366.

They are month (January) and day (1st). I want to be able to type 801 - 124. August being the fiscal start of the year, trying to show YTD across multiple years.
