Slicer seems to be filtered but there are no filters on the page

I have this slicer on a page that I copied from another page. Something is aplying a filter to the slicer. If I create a new page and add the same slicer with the same column I get all of the years 2020-2025 and months. How do I turn off what ever is filtering this slicer? Thanks

Only other things I can think of are:

-1- As this is using a calculated column, go into the Data view for your Calendar table and check that this column is actually showing all the values as expected. There may be a calculation issue that's preventing some values being generated.

-2- Enable the Selection pane to see if there's any hidden slicers/items that are affecting this page:

There was a hidden filter which was limiting the date range in the slicer. This was an excellent suggestion to check this. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for BA_Pete's concern about this issue.

Hi, @U156531

I am glad to help you.

Make sure that other visual objects on the page are not affecting your slicer. Sometimes, other visual objects on the page may affect the slicer.

Slicers copied from other pages may come with some hidden settings or filters. Please double check the “Filters on this page” and “Filters on all pages” sections.

If bookmarks are used, check the bookmarks, which may retain some filtering status.

Try deleting the problematic slicer and recreating it. This can sometimes remove any hidden filters or interactions.

If the above does not solve the issue, please share more details about the issue you're having and we'll do our best to help you solve the problem you're having.

I hope my suggestions give you good ideas, if you have any more questions, please clarify in a follow-up reply.

I deleted everything from the existing page that I wanted to add the year/month slicer to. I then added a new slicer and I only get the following data range.

Here is a new page with the same slicer and data and now all of the years and months appear in the slicer. Do you have any thoughts on what would cause this?

Hi @U156531 ,

Select the slicer visual itself then check the filter pane on the right where a new 'Filters on this VISUAL' section should show up.

No Filters show up.

Hmm. It looks like this is a drillthrough page. Do you have any active filters in this list here?:

I just removed that drill through on this page. Is there somewhere else I should remove it from as well?
