Slicer now working

Hi team, 

I have data showing up in my power bi table & query. 

eg in Country : Japan, i will have these people, Jason, James in my data

However when i use slicer to filter Country and select Japan. James is disappear from my slicer selection. 

May i know why?

Did you set any other filters? on other slicer or filter pane?

able to saw my slicer working after clearing all the filters.
