Slicer header off not working on Power BI online

Hi all

I have published a dashboard online and the problem that I have is that the slicers are showing the slicer header, eventhough it's turned off:

Is this a problem that should be reported to MSFT? This has happened me to other dashboards too.

The desktop version is working fine, the problem is with web PBI.

Thanks!

Hi @o59393,

Have you checked the slicers again?

I think they have fixed it already.

Have a good day

@mussaenda glad to hear, it is a known issue I guess.

Yes @parry2k,

If your slicer is vertical, there is no issue. The bug (I think) shows when you are setting the slicer orientation into horizontal.

Hope they can fix it real soon

@mussaenda It is interesting, I tried both Horizontal and Vertical and it is working in both the cases.

That almost looks like a Title rather than a header as I can't see the dropdown selector option on the top right... do you have title turned on? Do you get the same problem when the report is in view mode on PowerBI.com too or just edit mode?

Hi @AllisonKennedy

Title is turned off as well.

The problem is both on edit view and reading view online:

Thanks!

@o59393 , have you cleared cache after you have published the title off file. If not please clear the cache and try.

@o59393 I just tested at my end and if I turn off title an header, it doesn't show up in Power BI service (as expected). Maybe it depends on where your Power BI tenant is hosted. I believe it is worth to open a support ticket with MSFT and find out what is going on.
