Slicer for 2 Seperate Tables

Hi all,

I'm trying to implement a slicer that would filter records from 2 tables, Tasks_Previous_Month, Incidents_Previous_Month

When i've attempted to implement this and put into practice, only one table appears to follow the command.

The fields columns highlighted contain the common values. Is there a way to make this work? Thanks, Rob.

  • rpjheeney change the cross filter direction of relationship to single instead of both, and then test the results.

    Hi rpjheeney ,

Thanks parry2k for the quick reply. I have some details to add:
Establish a one-to-many relationship between the Categories table and the Incidents_Previous_Month table.
Establish a one-to-many relationship between the Categories table and the Tasks_Previous_Month table.

Then, use the topic of the Categories table as a slicer to filter two tables at the same time.

    Best Regards,
