Slicer based on count of text value in a column

I'm trying to create a "between" slicer the includes or excludes categories based on the number of times they appear in the data set. 

 

Want to filter out categories that only appear a few times to only focus on those that appear in high volume.

 

Thanks for any help!

I kept searching and found this that just worked - created new tablet with below. 

 

= GROUPBY(Table1,Table1[User ID],"Count of login",COUNTX(CURRENTGROUP(),Table1[Login time]))

Create a calculated column that counts rows an use that as a filter. Something like
Cnt=countrows(filter(table;table[col]=earlier(table[col]))
But without other info is difficult to help you
