Slicer Filtering through List of values

image.jpg

Hi there,

I am Not sure how to phrase my question but I hope through the examples to clarify it.

I would like to be able to build a slicer where years and quarters are displayed (format: 2022 Q1) filtering my table through the column "period" where values are a List of values separated by semicolon. (2022 Q1; 2022 Q2)

Could you suggest on how to proceed to achieve it?

Many Thanks

Hi @amitchandak

thank you for your answer.

it Looks like your solution might work.

i actually have more complex data Model where year and Quarter are actually Used to Filter more Tables at once. I created a dimdate with just year and quarters on it linked to all tables. I believe i could use it and create a middle table with the keys Link to dimdate and then to the table with my data.

I am just Never comfortable in using Many to Many relationship
