Sinc recently, desktop takes 5 - 10 minutes to open with no CPU / RAM used (colleagues are ok)

Hi,

I've tried to clear cache, to disable almost all preview features, but I still get stuck 5+ minutes on opening my file. Colleagues need less than a minute. I used to be the fastest opening the file until a week ago (July update ?). Any hint why ?

@JulienZH , Please check for any pending Windows patches, install any pending patches, and reinstall Power BI if needed, then try again.
