Simple measure to give back a single value ..

Dear community,

Obviously, I am still struggling to manage even simple measures.

I need a measure to give me back for row ORDER in the Budget[Category-Id] the related VALUE also in the Budget[Category-Id] (in this case 120.000). I am not sure if I need FIND, LOOKUP or any other function.

Many thanks for your help.
