Simple Timeline Chart

What is the best way to do a straight forward line chart of plotting date/time stamps? This is to monitor what time of day, a few key jobs finish. There doesn't seem to be anything out of the box in Power BI that can do that, which was very surprising to me.

I used Phersan's workaround in the post below, and it gets it pretty close, but i am still having odd issues. For example in the images below, there's a 5:59 AM data point (red line), but relative to the Y axis intervals, gets plotted around~ 5:40 AM. It should be up on the edge of the 6 AM interval line.

The second picture shows a 6:45 data point get plotted well below half way between the 6 AM and 7 AM interval.

I've played with all the chart config options, and i tried 4-5 custom visuals that i couldn't get to work or do what I was looking for. Anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks!
