Showing % and not total count

I am trying to show the % of each column, and not the count. Under strongly agree year 2024 has 64%, while year 2023 has 62%. How do I get the graph to show percentage and have the columns represent %?

According to your description, I use the following sample data:

The default display in the stacked column chart is as follows:

vjianpengmsft_1-1709860816691.png

Use the following steps to display the value as a percentage:

vjianpengmsft_2-1709860893624.png

vjianpengmsft_3-1709860924392.png

In addition, you can also display the value as a percentage by modifying the format of measure or column to %:
