Show tooltip when hovered over category only in a table

Hi folks,

I was wondering if you could help with this:

I have a table visual that displays Country and Sales columns. When I set up a tooltip to display something additional, it does display that tooltip both if I hover over the Country or over the Sales value in the same row. Is there a way to show different tooltips for Country and for Sales value ?

I doubt that any such functionality is provided by Power BI.

However I can see there are ideas submitted to add this provision:
