Show related items in one table or visualisation

I am trying to show my high level items and then what items are linked to this underneath.

I thought the best way to do this would be a matrix or table visual but I do not know how to do this. An example of what i am trying to achieve below:

Topic	Linked Item	Priority	Date
Example 1
	1A	1	2022
	1B	2	2023
Example 2
	1C	4	2021
	1D	3	2022
	1E	1	2024
