Show multiple values as one stacked column per count

I am pretty new to PowerBI. I have a count of Protocols and a count of Accruals as shown below. I want to combine the counts so I have one black accrual bar that would show 5295 (163 + 5132)  and one gold protocol bar that would show 82 (51 + 30 + 1). Is this possible?

put the SUMM4DESC in the legend and both measures in the x axis
