I have a table that captures the history of application references as below. Each time an application reference has a status change a new record is created with a corresponding unique ID.
| Application Reference | ID | Load Date | Status |
| 01/01/2023 | A
| 02/01/2023 | B
| 03/01/2023 | C
| 04/01/2023 | B
| 05/01/2023 | A
| 01/01/2023 | A
| 02/01/2023 | B
| 03/01/2023 | B
| 04/01/2023 | C
| 05/01/2023 | A
