I have a matrix that shows results from a checklist. The matrix is divided in 3 levels, nested in this order: Bussiness Area, Audit Area and Question.
I have a comments column that I would like to format in such a way that it only shows a comment when the matrix is unfolded. This is how it should be:
However, now it only allows me to set First value, Last value and Count.
If I set First value, it shows the first comment even if the matrix is folded, showing a random comment for the item Business Area, which actually doens't have any comment.
The same happens If I open the level second level (Audit Area).
What should I do to prevent it to show comments information when the matrix is not totally unfolded?

Hi,

@Anonymous , based on what I got so far.
If need you to keep it completely unfolded using expand icon(Reverse Square Y), expand till levels are open.
Or keep it open till a level and save.
Actually this is what I would like to prevent to happen:
- Totally folded:
- Second level:
- Third level: Okay! This is how I think it should looks like. Business Area and Audit Area doesn't have any comment, so it should not show any comment when the matrix is folded.

You can keep all three columns in the ROWS section of the matrix visual. I think you have inserted the Comments in the Values section.
