Hi
In my data sheet I have
Column A: Sales person
Column B: Region
Column C: sales
Each sales person has between 1 and 3 Regions
I have created a slicer for Sales Person and 3 guages. Gauage one is filtered for Region 1, guage 2 = region 2 and guage 3 = region 3
How can I hide the guages if there is no data?
Or alternatively have a blank box appear when on top of them when there is no data?

Thanks @amitchandak I've reviewed the links and believe I need a different solution.
To provide additional information:
Column A: Sales person
Column B: Region
Column C: Sales
Column 😧 Forecast Sales
I have a slicer for sales person
Then I have 3 guages (which show sales vs forcast sales for each region): guage 1 for region 1, guage 2 for region 2, guage 3 for region 3
The issue I have is that sales people have between 1 and 3 regions.
For example, for sales persion 3 with only 1 region, the second and third gauage show "no data" which is ugly.
I need guages to be blank or to be covered over by a white box when there is no data
How can I do that? thanks
Hi,
Please try these measures to show your sales and forecast sales in three tables.
Here is an example for one table(Filtered by region=A):
Sales-A = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Sales]),FILTER('Table','Table'[Region]="A"))Forecast sales-A = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Forecast sales]),FILTER('Table','Table'[Region]="A"))And when you select a sclier value to filter, it shows the blank not 'no data':
And remember that you should create another four measures for other regions.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Giotto Zhi
Thanks @v-gizhi-msft for this
This shows the A headings still
Also I'm using guages not tables
My understanding is that using this formula the guage would still be there even if there was no data
Am I correct in thinking that? if so, how to not show anything if there is no data?
In other words - show 3 gauages if 3 regions, show 2 guages if 2 regions, 1 guage if 1 region?
Thanks
Which visual are you using for your Gauges?
Column D is actually forecast sales.
Am showing sales and forecast sales in the guage.
Thanks
