Show custom Date range based on the value selected in another column

@amitchandak @parry2k @Greg_Deckler ,

I have this requirement, where I need to show the Column Header with Date Range as start of the selected month and end date when the current value in another column changes. Also, I have to show the Date Range for the start of the date  and end date as end of the selected month for the new value as well. Any help with the "Date Range" DAX measure is much appreciated.

Example: Below are the tables

Table A Table B
Rate Date
0.5 7/1/2023
0.5 7/2/2023
0.5 7/3/2023
0.5 7/4/2023
0.5 7/5/2023
0.5 7/6/2023
1.2 7/7/2023
1.2 7/8/2023
1.2 7/9/2023
1.2 7/10/2023
1.2 7/11/2023
1.2 7/12/2023
1.2 7/13/2023

 Result:

 Code 0.5%Code 1.2%
Date Range7/1/2023 - 7/6/2023  7/7/2023 - 7/31/2023

@Anonymous if you read my question, it is not about the rate, it is about the date.

Again question is, one date will always have one rate regardless if it is in multiple rows but it will never be two different rates.

@parry2k No, same rate will be there for many dates/months. The requirement is based on this. I need to calculate start date and end date for a particular rate in the selected month
