Show count for specific periods without filter

I am showing the service level (Count and percentage) of the last 4 months of the year.
What I want to achieve is to show the percentage of each month for the whole YTD and not only for that last 4 months' division of 100%. 

for example:
Total count for YTD is 100
January = 10 = 10%
Feb = 20 = 20%
Mar = 20 = 20%
April = 20 = 20%
May = 30 = 30%

Then showing the last 4 months at the graph,
Goal: Feb 20%  Mar 20% Apr 20% May 30%.
Currently, it is showing 22.2% 22.2% 22.2% 33.3%. The 100% is only divided to those who are visible to the graph which is the last 4 months. Thank you friends
