Hi all,
I am working on a dashboard where it is necessary to display data in the matrix visual. The matrix is planned to look like this:
Products | Year 2019 | Year 2020 | Year 2021 | Year 2022 |
A) Product 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
B) Product 2 | e | f | g | h |
C) Product 3 | i | j | k | l |
D) Product 4 | m | n | o | p |
E) Product 5 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
F) Total | u | v | w | x |
Now I have products 1 and 5 which were not part of my portfolio in those years, but are in year 2023 which results in the follwing matrix:
Products | Year 2019 | Year 2020 | Year 2021 | Year 2022 |
B) Product 2 | e | f | g | h |
C) Product 3 | i | j | k | l |
D) Product 4 | m | n | o | p |
F) Total | u | v | w | x |
Is there a way to get my matrix to show all products (like shown in first matrix) even if all the values are "0"?
Thanks in advance 😁

Hi @rreck ,
I created some data:
Here are the steps you can follow:
1. Create measure.
Measure =
IF(
MAX('Table'[Value]) =BLANK(),"0",MAX('Table'[Value])
)
2. Result:
Or if you click on the yellow label "Show items with no data", the values that are not displayed will be displayed as Blank()

Is there any solution to display not all rows but from lists only?
Thank you for your answer, it helped a lot with a similar problem of mine
Hi, I have the same problem, but I have several columns with null values. How can I fix that?
