Show Non-Matching Values

Hi, I have a table with customers and their favorite food formatted as text.

I would like to select Carlos and show, in a table visual (see pic above), his non-favorite foods. How can I go about creating DAX to show this?

Thank for any help.

@Anonymous , the second table should have below measure with favorite food column.

measure =
var _tab = except(all(Table[favorite food]), allselected(Table[favorite food]))
return
calculate(count(Table[favorite food]), filter(all(Table), Table[favorite food] in _tab))

Thanks to the great efforts by MS engineers to simplify syntax of DAX! Most beginners are SUCCESSFULLY MISLED to think that they could easily master DAX; but it turns out that the intricacy of the most frequently used RANKX() is still way beyond their comprehension!

DAX is simple, but NOT EASY!
