Hi! I've got a report with a table filled with data. I am trying to create a slicer for a date type of data. The slicer is supposed to let me choose a year and a month to see all the transactions from that period. However the slicer adds the months and years with no data as well.
I have tried enabling and disabling the Show Items with no data option but nothing happened.
Is there a way to get rid of all the years where I have no data registered?

Slicers behave differently.
I am assuming you're using a date column from a calendar table. Create a measure that counts the number of rows in the fact table and use that as a visual filter.
Fact Table Row Count =
COUNTROWS(Data)
