Hello,
As the below picture
The requirement is to show Market_M15 in the table below when any value is selected in the Region_M3 Slicer and its Numeric field actuals.
The formula I have added to Hierarchy Display Region is
Hi @Anonymous ,
Try to add 'Time'[Market_M15] to the table visual, Then it will filtered by your slicer as your excepted. If it doesn't meet your requirement, kindly share your sample data and excepted result to me if you don't have any Confidential Information. Please upload your files to One Drive and share the link here.
Hello, Onedrive is not allowing me to enter the details and create an account.
Anyways I know if I add Market_M15 in my table visual it will display the values accordingly but the requirement is, I have a hierarchy and when one level of hierarchy is selected from a slicer next level should show the values corresponds to it.
E.g. if I am selecting a region USA( from Slicer), it shows its corresponding markets in the table
Region USA > California
> Texas
> Florida
> Miami
whereas the Region should not be part of the table visual and when Market is selected(again from next Slicer) then it should show City in the same table visual.
I couldn't find its solution but a workaround that creating 3 tables visuals with 3 different levels of hierarchies but again in Power BI I am unable to find the show and hide visual based on a selection in the slicer.
for reference, I am attaching a picture here, in this -
*if I select Level M02 from slicer it should show M03 in the table
*If I select Level M03 value from slicer it should show M04 in the table.
Can you help with something?
Thanks,
