Show 0% row if it is 0%

I make below visuals by table visual. However, I found that it will disappear the row if it is 0%. How could i also show 0% even it is 0%?wqwqw.PNG

i am using calculate(count()) as my measure and then change it into percent of grand total. It seems not work.
