Sharing reports with external users if I have a Pro license

Hi!

I have a Pro license and I need to share a report with

- someone who doesn't have any license and has an email NOT associated with my organization

- someone who is a Pro user and has an email NOT associated with my organization

How can I do this? Is it possible for Pro users?

Hi @Maria_Maria 

 You can not share your report with someone who doesn't have any license with a Pro license. If you had a Premium license and your workspace was premium, you would be able to share your report with users with a free license.

On the other hand, You can share that report with a user with a pro license outside your organization (if you have access to do that). When you share a report, that user will receive an email from power bi with a link that can be used to see your report.

Doesn't work for me. It doesn't allow to create a guest user or a new user even though I am a global administrator.
