Sharing Report Via Shared Links

Hi team,

I have a organizational user who is clicking on a link to a power BI report and they are getting The following message:

The user is in my organization and I have the following link shared witht them. My understanding was if you use the "Share" icon botton and then select anyone in the organization that would give them access to the report and the dataset. I have also checked that the RLS is configured such that they have access via RLS too and are assigned the role via the PBI service. 

 Any ideas why they aren't able to access the underlying dataset/report?

Hi, @JaromBIDEVatDK ;

When you share others ,you could add more permission like 'build'.

so when you share report, you could select it.

Is there a way that I can used the shared link instead of manually adding everyone one by one.

You might need to add roles/individuals to the dataset, according to the error. You can click on the dots and choose "Manage Permissions"
