Sharepoint online list items with multiple updates returning null in dataset

We have a sharepoint online list where we track improvements for customers. We have a field where we post the updates for the improvement.

However, where there is more than one update for that list entry, the updates dont pull through to the data set.

I have attached a picture to show how it appears in SP lists. And checking the dataset for this sepcific example it returns null.

Any ideas how to fix this so it pulls through all updates?
