SharePoint Request Failed

Please check whether the corresponding data file is still stored in the original location .If the data file is deleted or moved to another folder ,the refresh will fail .

As you said, since the data is stored on OneDrive, why not use OneDrive refresh ? If you change your data in onedrive , the data will be automatically updated to the service by OneDrive refresh .
