Simple question, is it possible to make the Line that is under the Shapes settings, stretch the while page?
I'm trying to divide the top of the page and the line doesn't go to the end of the page, so it doesn't look quite right.
Dear Dale,
Thank you for your reply. In the screen shot that you took, you can see that at the top and bottom of the line, there is a gap. When designing a dashboard it doesn't look right when there are gaps at the end of the page.
If for example I had a horizontal line at the top of the page, and I wanted to up slicers underneath it, it would look odd if I aligned the slicers to the end of the page, but the board (line) was indented.
So when designing dashboards, I have to purposely move my buttons, headings and slicers inwards to keep the alignment.
I was hoping that there was a way to stretch the line to the end of the page.
Hi @Anonymous,
Maybe you can add a background picture or a wallpaper that will show up a line you can define.
Best Regards,
Dale
I guess that could be a work around, thank you 🙂
We shouldn't have to hack something as basic as this. When you draw a box and a line shape of the exact same width, they should line up visually.
