Has anyone found a way to get ArcGIS shapefiles into Power BI, or a reliable way to convert them to TopoJSON ?
I've used mapshaper.org for the moment, and have to convert the projection to WGS84. It's a public resource, and the projection isn't great for the UK, so I'll keep looking. Looks like there are Python packages that might be better.
The DBF shapefile I've been given does not contain location data like this, nor does it fit the description given in that solution:
"This method works well with point address data, or polygon data that is using locations such as zip codes, postcodes or administrative boundaries."
