I made a shape map that displays percentages of customers per region in the Netherlands. Everything is working as I expected it to be, which is great, but there is one final thing which I can’t figure out and that is a dynamic legend.
I want the categories of the percentages to dynamically adjust if different filter values are selected. I created a measure which dynamically adjusts the categories of the percentages based on the filter values, but I can’t display the measure on the legend axis of the shape map because it’s a measure… Furthermore, I tried creating a dynamic calculated column which display the categories of the percentages, but as far as I understand it’s impossible to create a dynamic calculated column based on selected filter values in the report.
So, if anybody could help me with a legend that dynamically adjust the categories of the legend based on the selected filter values, that would be great!
Hi @Anonymous ,
The dynamic adjustment you are talking about is too broad, so please show us the effect you actually want, at the same time, please give us a sample data.
Also, does the slicer fail to fulfill your needs?
Best regards,
Lionel Chen
