Shape Files

On desktop (not web), the labels for a custom shapefile are only showing the shape's ID's.  Furthermore all other hover labels on the same report show the same shapefile hover label even if they are not using that column.  Reports published to the web work fine.  Please advise.

It seems fine for me. Share a complete example to better illustrate this issue.
