Hello all, I was wondering if I could have labels appear on shape file maps like I could in QGIS. For example, Would be a good example of the names on top of something such as counties. This is what my shapefile looks like now,
and would like to be able to place labels on top of this map without hovering over it. I already know about having the tooltips but they appear in the tooltip option when hovering over the counties, and would prefer to leave the hovered data apart from the names/ labels of the counties. Thank you for your help ahead of time.

Hi @microsoftrookie,
Based on my understanding, it seems that you were using the shape map visual to display data and want to show corresponding values use on the map instead of using tooltips, right?
Based on my test, the shape file doesn't provide OOTB feature for us to display data labels on the map instead of tootips. You can vote and comment on this similar idea: Shape Map.
