Shaded Min/Max graph with line graph

HELP!!! 

I am trying to figure out how to make a graph like the one below in PowerBI. I can do this in excel fairly easily but cant seem to figure it out in PowerBI. Has anyone done this? Any guidance the group can share? Im completely stumped on this one. 

The shaded area should be the Min/Max and then be able to have line graphs within it that show current years progress.

It is not supported to implement your demand in Power BI Desktop currently .You can post your new idea here https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas , to improve the Power BI Desktop.

It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.

To work around the issue , you can choose the visual "Line and stacked column chart". Put the Min and Max in Column values, put the average in Line Values, then go to Data color option to uncolor the Min Column .
