Setting up Flow to update paginated report

Hello, I am trying to create a flow that will update a dataset when a new file is added into a sharepoint folder.

I am a beginner and would like someone to tell me step by step  how to set this up. I created a blank power bi dektop file and created a flow that looks like this Capture.PNG

However the refresh fails with this error "it looks like scheduled refresh failed because at least one data source is missing credentials. To start the refresh again, go to this dataset's settings page and enter credentials for all data sources."

The data credentials setting is greyed out, and I am lost on what to do next.

Hi @Sarah2345

I would like to apologize for the belated reply.

@amitchandak  GOOD ANSWER!

As @amitchandak  said, you need to configure the gateway.

For specific steps on configuring the gateway, you can refer to the following documentation:

@Sarah2345 , Open the Workpsace in Power BI, In the dataset row, click on three dots and go to settings.

Make sure On-Premise Gateway(If applicable) and Connection setting are done properly and now showing error. Post that try it again
