Setting up API for Dataset Refresh History

I am wanting to see the dataset refreh history and have the ability to refresh automatically after a report has failed.

I found online that there is an API to do this, but I am having problems getting it set up.

After following the steps listed in the blog; my end result in powershell is this:

Could someone please help me with successfully setting this up?

Currently, it's only supported to configure schedule refresh. I haven't known any method to make it check if a refresh is done with success and re-trigger another one.
