Setting the Default Value of a bar graph

I have a dashboard and there is one filter for year(2017 & 2018). Is it possible to keep one of my chart unchanged and fixed by default for 2018. So if i change the year in my year filter, then that particular chart should not change.

You can use edit interactions so that your chart is not filtered when using other visuals, here is more information about it.
