Since I've added an Excel file as a datasource my automatic data refresh is disabled. I previously only had an ODBC connection (which works fine), but now it won't refresh anymore.
I also cannot choose a Gateway connection anymore.
The Excel file is on the same machine on which Power BI Desktop is installed.
When checking app.powerbi.com > Workspaces > [workspace] > Datasets:
When I click Edit credentials for entry s2t_users.xlsx:
What I see in Power BI Desktop when trying to add a file as datasource:
What am I supposed to enter as username and password in this window?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

@Dicko , Windows User Name with Domain name of the system where on premise gateway is installed
Power BI Install On-Premise Gateway and configure it on service: https://youtu.be/lObMRofpbQ8
@Dicko instead of using the link to import excel from local path, you can use web link. this way you will get data refreshed automatically as per schedule time in the powerbi services. You can keep your file in the one drive or sharepoint folder.
for one drive:
Connect To OneDrive Excel File From Power BI Desktop (c-sharpcorner.com)
for sharepoint
for authentication you can use below method, if you have have organization account to connect to powerbi services
