Setting Object Level Security without Tabular Editor

Hey all 

Does anyone know how to utilize Object Level Security without having to use Tabular Editor? It seems like there ought to be a way to utilize the functionality (at least at a rudimentary level) built within Power BI without having to pay for a 3rd party tool.

@Anonymous , Tabular Editor 2 is open source, and Tabular Editor 3 paid version. Please check.
