Set up ring graph.

Is there a custom graphic on the power bi website that displays data of this type of graph without having to position the mouse on it? Or is there any configuration of this graph that can be done that causes the graph to present the information without having to use the mouse?

I need this because this graph will only appear on TV and will not have a person operating it.

For donut chart, we can only show Category and data value in data labels.

If you want to show TV and the person operating it on your label together, you could create a calculated column to join those two colums, and then use this new created column in your chart visual.
